I took my Hyundai Tiburon in for transmission service, and it took about an hour longer than they told me. \r

When I walked in the service folks seemed particularly busy and didn't really pay much attention to me until I started looking agitated. Fairly unprofessional behavior, but not unexpected for a small room packed with 5 people\r

They were up front about the price, and this is the only place I could get the service I needed (other than one other dealer). \r

My advice: if you need general non-warranty work on your car, try somewhere else, unless you have time to sit around and wait.
