Yesterday Friend and I tried Buck's. Buck's is highly praised for their breakfast & was featured on Bay Area Backroads. At 9am the place was nearly full but we got a table right away. Service sucked. Friend asked for a glass of milk twice. It took forever & the waitress went in and out of the kitchen a few times before she finally came over & asked ""You didn't get it yet?"" It took a while for her to come back & before she returned someone else brought the milk. A minute later she came with the milk. Hector ordered the banana pecan pancakes, which were extremely dry. I ordered the Woodsider omlet, which was bland, potatoes were nearly burned, & toast was cheap bread. Go to Stacks instead, which is always excellent even if you have to wait for a table.
