Extremely anxious, I went to Venus Modern Body Art to have my navel pierced. This was the one place recommended by friends. Other than having my ears pierced, I've never done any body art. Montana was fabulous! He did not pressure me in the least, was patient through my jewely search and helped me relax during the piercing. It honestly wasn't bad at all. My fears were unjustified. I followed his directions and haven't had any problems with the piercing. It barely even got pink! I went to a costume party about a month later, and no one believed the piercing was only 1 month old.
I would recommend this place to anyone considering a piercing. I'm now considering a tattoo and will go back if/when I decide to get one. If so, I will probably be making another recommendation.
