I was going to meet my brother and his family at South River for dinner. His children and the children of one of his closest friends had ventured to the restaurant to eat as they had no desire to wait for us. Incidentally, my brother is a highly respected corporate CEO and his friend is a successful professional athlete. We never ate at the restaurant because the children were insulted by t he management for being there alone even though they were respectful and responsible. None of the management was helpful to the displeased parents. the on-site manager further insulted my brother and the owner was equally insulting in a response to his letter to her. My brother dropped the matter; however, I cannot. We never ate there and never will. Customer service is not high on their list.
