I left my laptop at Uptech late on a Thurday afternoon. Hinge had become completely disconnect, and I had collected the few tiny parts that had fallen out in the process. Screen was not cracked or broken, only loose enough for the hinge to slide out. As I was driving home in rush hour traffic Uptech called, the computer was repaired! Yeah! I should get another year or two out of this poor machine. Literally, it's been dragged all over the world, none too carefully. Next time I'll need a tougher machine. Thanks, Uptech for the quick and inexpensive repair.
