This accountant took my paperwork to perform an S corporation return in the beginning of February. He held it for over 3.5 weeks, and 5 business days before the return was due (March 15th for corp.) he threw the papers back at me, telling me that he is not going to do my tax return! Talk about putting me on the spot right before the deadline!!! Also, he told me to mail a form to get an extension, but come to find out from another professional, you only have to file the extension on line, electronically!
