I rented a piece of equipment to be used on a job site. I explained what I needed to do and was told the equipment I was getting would be able to do the job. It couldn't. I went right back to the store only to be told too bad and I would still have to pay for a full day use. I made some calls and no one seemed to care and I couldn't get any return calls.
