The worst place ever. Took my laptop which I needed to fix urgently then hold it for a week lost the documentation didn't reply to my calls put me on holds forever and at the end after waste of a lot of time told me that they cannot fix the problem (under the IBM warranty).
So now I have to take it from them and give it to another lab.
