I was very happy with Jacob. He was very courteous and responsive, able to come out the same day that I submitted my request for service. Also, very honest. There was a part that was manufacturer defective and rather than installing it and taking the risk that it breaks, he said is was not good, and needed to come back the next day to install a quality part. I'm very happy with the service I received and fully intend to contact him in the future for my heating/cooling needs.
