ALL but one of my five main dishes I ordered came out cold. When I approached the waiter about the tofu dish that came out cold, he suggested ""would you like me to take it in the back and zap it?"" At that point, I said, ""please just remove it from my table. I don't know about you, but I prefer my dinner above tepid."" He proceeded to leave and not address my concerns. The only thing I would come back for are the rolls. I was very disappointed at the lack of creativity and originality. If you do go to Xanh, don't expect a great fusion experience like Tamarine, Le Colonial or Three Seasons, but just another surbuban knock-off.
