This was my first time to Mulligans, so I'm not going to write a big review; St. Patrick's isn't your typical day. They handed out hats, necklaces, t-shirts and all sorts of freebies throughout the night. Somehow, they were out of oxygen for the taps when we got there, so they only had two types of beer to start with. Hostess was great. Waitress was a little frazzled. We had a couple of beers while we waited to be seated for dinner. Had to wait outside for a little while as they were at capacity, but it was all in good fun. I think they ran out of real buscuits - more like ""steak and rolls"". Lots of smoke in the house, as is typical of a bar.
