My wife and I read about Mama Mia's in the Portland Monthly and she watched the place being put together on ""Opening Soon. We decided to give it a shot. Made a reservation, good idea to do this, was pretty busy. Loved the food, Sunday Gravy and Linguine w/ Clam sauce. Took half the Sunday Gravy home the portion was so big. The garlic bread was awesome! Good drinks. Food was reasonably priced. Would have loved to try the dessert menu but I was stuffed. It was a little loud but the dining area is open, what do you expect? If you are looking for a quiet romantic place to take a date maybe this isn't the place for you. We will be back for sure! Truly sorry others had such a bad experience!
Pros: Great food, Beautiful place, inexpensive
Cons: As always the dow, n town parking, issue
