The staff are know nothing know it alls, patronizing and genuinely clueless. They were point-blank rude to me when I called them to find out the status of a simple repair. The job, for which I was over charged, took much longer than they promised and my laptop is still broken. I couldnt recommend anywhere less.\r

I'd like to respond to the bizzare comments posted by the owner and directed at me:\r

I did call you, several times, explaining (over and over again) what I wanted you to do and trying to stop you from selling me unnessecarry components. \r
You absolutley did charge me more than the estimate and it was you, Dan, who was very rude to me when I picked up the machine. I also sent you an email when the machine failed to boot up to which you did not respond.
Cons: Overcharging, Rude, Incompetent
