These people live up to the name ""used car salesmen"" and that is not a compliment. We recently bought a used car from this company and though I admit that I love our new car, dealing with the salesmen was incredibly painful. The ""negotiator"" guy went out of his way to be rude to us and make sure we realized our business meant nothing to him, and they all tried to make us feel like we were asking for way too much when we were completely justified in some of our requests (for example, they only gave us one key and alarm and refused to program an extra alarm for us or make a copy of the key). Next time I will definitely buy a car from a private seller or buy it new so I don't have to deal with people that are that slimy, rude, and unpleasant.
