I had a great experience at La Reine. My friend and I came in to buy shoes on a Saturday without appointments, and the staff at La Reine was so nice. They ask you to take off your shoes, but only to protect the carpet from dirt, which would get on the dresses. The selection is very beautiful, and Jana who helped us was very, very nice. I have been in a few stores where I did not feel as welcomed, but I felt so appreciative and happy for the great treatment I received. I am a hair colorist on Newbury street, and I will be sending alot of my clients to this shop. It is expensive, but the quality of the merchandise is so lovely. I would reccomend this shop so highly. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to buy. Great service!
