It's really very simple. Alan Brent Photography. The contract stated that they would give us the proofs in three weeks. Three weeks after the wedding, we did NOT have them. They rarely call us back. They make up poor excuses about how ""we forgot to mail..."" ""We need more information."" Of course, they don't tell us this...until we call several times. We contracted for two photographers. They provided two people with cameras in their hands. One of the ""photographers"" clearly had little idea what to do. He was basically a ""go-fer"" to the main photographer. Pros: Actually showed up!, Brought cameras!
Cons: Late on delivery., Poor service., Don't meet deadlines.
