I have been using the Crossfit facilities for about a week now and I can say that the experience is nothing less than amazing. Troy is a very personable guy who is willing to help you with technique and give pointers when ever he sees fit (which is very frequent).
I am hoping to get back in shape and Crossfit appears to be the best option I have ever explored, unlike the gimic ""get fit by doing nothing"" routines that others try to sell.
