The problem with Talulla is it's just so busy on the weekends, resulting in less than stellar service by its waitstaff. However, I keep going back because the food simply rocks. I love the mezze platter - mixed appetizers such as hummus, baba ghanouj, lentil spread, and more. I also love the Turkish pizzas, and their baklava is to die for. If you go with just one or two other people, call ahead and ask to sit in the lounge - you'll be sitting on cushions on the floor, but it's so cozy and romantic in there!
Pros: great food, relatively cheap
Cons: slow service, big crowds
