They won't refund your money, exchanges only. Not very helpful or friendly, they could maybe get away with this if they were inexpensive (but they're overpriced) or if they had excellent products (think walmart quality at about 3-5X the price.) We bought something a while back and didn't like it (unused) but here it sits, we will never be back and neither will our friends.
