These guys were recommended by my real estate agent and they did the inspection for us at the house we sold and the inspection at the house we purchased. After we sold our house our buyers asked us to come by to show us a leak caused by a construction defect we never knew existed. Daddario clearly missed this issue. At the house we purchased the inspector told us that the roof was ""shot"" and needed to be replaced. Amazingly, when the report came it said that the roof could be repaired. Since the house was not sold ""as is"" this somewhat inconsistent report cost us $20K. Further distsressing to us is the fact that the roof is visibily falling apart even after the repairs and every contractor that comes to look at the house for other reasons comments to us that the roof needs to be replaced.
