Ichiban is and has always been one of the best places to go for sushi in Salt Lake City. They import their fish in fresh. Read reviews from SLC Weekly and all over town including TV/Radio Reporter Reviews. The people vote annually and say Ichiban is the best of Salt Lake. Don't listen to Rick. He's new, or a mad drunk. Go to Ichiban for the X96 rool (now on the menu), Funky Charlie and chilled pearl sake!
