Office staff members have poor communication skills with each other and customers and the inability to accept resposibility for their errors or omissions. My family and I have had both glasses and contacts for many, many years and have NEVER experienced such a disorganized and irresponsible staff. Even though I received fine service at the Rinkov on West Broad and the fact that Dr. Burroughs was very pleasant, due to Dublin's terrible office staff, I will never use or recommend Rinkov again.
