Poor response to warranty work 3/15/2006

I had brake pads replaced on 2 vehicles. I was recommended ceramic would be better. Both had to be replaced in under a year. Let Merchants pick the day of service. Did not hear from them all morning. Called at 1:30pm. They said your next. I told them I had to have the car at 4:30pm for an appointment at 5:30pm elsewhere. They said OK. I had to call them at 4:10pm. They said we are pulling it in now. I am very displeased with the inability to call or follow instructions. My past experiences have been marginal at best. I will never return & will repair my brakes elsewhere. I encourage others to seek other shops. more
