I have taken several friends and business associates to El Tequila since discovering it a little over 3 years ago. Authentic enough to taste good (sans the "Tex Mex" taste) but AMERICAN enough to taste delicious. I usually have the Steak Cheese Burrito, it's a hefty homemade flour tortilla generously filled with seasoned steak and the cheese is to die for (it's taste is better or comparable to Velveeta, however, this cheese is thinner and not so "overwhelming". Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, a couple can eat for under $20, with maragritas under $30. Also, try the Flan for dessert (enough for 2 people to share 1 serving) ENJOY :)
