Despite the crowd, we were greeted within seconds of entering the Traildust Steakhouse.
We were offered a hand held "buzzer" and led to the bar area to wait our turn.
We gave our order moments later.
While enjoying our drinks the buzzer announced our table.
The expected wait of "at least 30 minutes, seemed like no more than 15.
Our friendly waitress was knowledgeable and the food was superb.
I enjoyed one of the best steaks I've had in a long time.
Big note: I like my steaks 'rare' (just slightly more than warmed up on both sides).
It is with rare exception (no pun intended) that I receive my steak cooked correctly!
I usually send the first overcooked steak back, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive just what I ordered - The First Time!
Will we return? You bet!
Will we recommend them to others? We just did!
