Appliances are old and are refurbished, rarely replaced. Carpets are thin and stained, as are the vinyl floors. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. Impossible to get peace and quiet at any hour because of loud stereos, parties, cars with heavy stereo systems, parties in the parking lots. Horrible place to live.
