I went several times to Jordan's Steakhouse for various events as a guest. It had so much on the surface: the decor and ambience were nice, although so dark that many older persons in our party were unable to read the menu. It went a little downhill however, every time. Either we were seated late to the point of rudeness or the servers were much too busy to attend to us. It was so noisy once we had a hard time holding dinner conversation. In general, I would recommend going for a romantic evening during the week when it isn't busy, but to be prepared for a bit of a let-down. It's getting there, but could use a little fine-tuning.
