My computer had crashed and after days of trying to restore it
I gave up and went to Offiice Depot to buy another one. As I was
walking around a young man came to my rescue. He answered
all my questions and made some suggestions. I didn't follow all
his suggestions and now wish I had. I had trouble with the new
computer and had to take it back to the store. All they could do
for me was give me another pc just like the one I bought. I bought
a machine that I am now stuck with. ? should have listened to
the salesperson, perhaps.
PROS: salesperson knew his stuff
CONS: didin't convince me to do the right thing.
more
