The Customer Service is not so good.I bought a used car recently and i went to Firestone to change the brake, wheel alignment. and so and so.They charge me around $600. I am very much satisfied with their service and the price is also good. The staff told me that since i had spend around $600, he will give me a free oil change and also gave me a slip saying that. Then after 10 days i went for an oil change , but the staff told me, he did not said that he will give a free oil change. Its bad. He did not keep up his words.
