The employees really know a lot about water and how to help you. They don't push you to buy anything because there products are good and sell themselves. Employees are very friendly and will help you with your problems. Prices are reasonable. They have been there for years so if you need parts or service you can get it. Don't have to worry about them going out of buisness like the people that sold me my last watersoftener. I got ripped off and there is no one I can go to. If you want honestly and good water this is the place to go.
