My family has had insurance through State Farm for years. When I got my first insurance policy on my own it was only natural that I went with them also. I have not had much interaction with Bill Wirth, our agent. But, his office staff, in particular Sharon, is wonderful. She is always willing to answer questions or look up price differences for policy changes. I have had to file a few claims and they were always handled professionally and quickly. They have online billing and can take your premium out of your bank account automatically every month. I hope to continue using state farm for many years to come!
