I am not the handiest person around but I can figure out how to fix something when it?s broken. Last month my stove / oven combo broke and I needed to get a part to fix it. I called up the factory services and was quoted over the phone a price of over $150.00 to repair the unit. I knew what was wrong with it so I decided to see if I could get the part locally and fix it myself. Many of the shops in SF that sold parts closed during the dot.com boom however my friend recommended Eagle Refrigeration Heating & AC in Brisbane as source for parts. So I called eagle up and they had the thermo in stock so I went there and picked it up and fixed the stove myself saved me about $100. I will definitely keep his name in my book just in case I need to repair something again.
PROS: Easy location to find
CONS: none
