I won't say her full name but her 1st name starts with a L at Coldwell Banker Brenizer in Eau Claire... Terrible!! I was relocating, trying to do a transaction via - phone, internet and local family members. Phone calls were not returned promptly - due to outings with her kids, promises of appointments for family members were forgotten about. I was so diappointed when a house we were going to make an offer on was sold to someone else because of her tardiness and lack of motivation to take care of me the buyer. Trying to take care of this halfway across the country, I asked for as many photos of homes we were interested in that her camera would take, and it was like pulling teeth. I maybe got like 15 photos. Anyways, I guess what I am trying to say is I did not have a good experience with this particular Realtor and there is so much more I could say, but won't.
