My father passed away in April of '04. He was cremated, but the owner of the mortuary held a beautiful memorial service at the mortuary for him. The flower piece was huge, and it was beautiful- and it was done by the owner himself. I was so impressed. He also provided my sister and I with cloisonne urns, and gave me all the paperwork I needed to fly "my dad" home with me to Ohio. He made a difficult day much easier than I had expected, and I'm grateful for that.
