We hired Spring Green for 3 seasons. The first season was fine and we had the nicest lawn in the neighborhood thanks to them. However, the second year, disaster struck. They came out to aerate our lawn. I stated that we had an underground dog fence and even marked it, but they cut our fence in about a dozen placed. The third year was the final straw. I called them out three times to have them look at some brown spots in our yard and every time they told me to water more. After nearly drowning the lawn, we found the root of our problem - grubs. We lost over half of our front yard which needed to be torn up and completely replaced. When I found the grubs I called them and they said that we had "declined the optional grub control program" they offered. Don't remember if they sent me a flyer or not with this info, but they should have told me when I had them out the three times to check our lawn. The kids that come out are nice enough, but not very knowledgable about problems. T
