Although blackhead removal was not thorough enough (done with hands... I prefer the metal tool), She told me about each product as she was applying it. After my facial, my skin looked happy... not beat up.
Karly has skillz and works like edward scissorhands! Because of a short wait, she gave me a comp treatment. This woman works FAST and w/ GREAT results. Perhaps too fast for some, but she gave me exactly the cut/style I wanted. I'll definitely go back.
Cons: Downstairs feels cramped. Upstairs, the ""rooms"" are curtained off cubicles, but it remained quiet. The prices are higher, but I definitely got what I paid for. Splurge Basic Facial = 85; Haircut w/Blow Dry = 75.
