I don't know what all the hype is about. I expected more from the infamous ""Spa Sydell"" I scheduled a facial and massage here. Facial wasn't too bad. Nothing out of the ordinary that set it above any other average facial I've received at other spas. The massage was one of the worst I've ever received. The girls hands were dry and rough (when it sounded like she was rubbing two pieces of sand paper together, I just knew I was in for a treat.) The walls were so paper thin, that I could hear other techs in the halls talking and laughing - not faintly either - I knew every word they were saying. And when I expressed my concern when checking out, it was more like ""oh that's too bad, so sorry you didn't like it..."" I'll never go back to this location.
Pros: nothing
Cons: price, service, attitude
