I didn't feel I was treated as a valued customer at this clinic. While the doctor and staff were helpful when I was there for a consultation, they were very abrasive and appeared ""annoyed"" when I called back with follow up questions. During one conversation, they practically verbally attacked me over a miscommunication. I did not feel good about their service after this. Patients deserve to be treated better, with respect and compassion. I will be looking for another dermatologist who understands this concept.
