Yes, prices are very low and workers are very nice but customer service is horrible. They re-scheduled almost all of the appointments because they overbooked their teams and even told me one of their workers died and my crew was attending the funeral...found out that was untrue. I cancelled my service and have left several voicemails over the course of 2 weeks. Would like my house key back and they have not called me nor returned my key. Buyer, beware....
