There's a reason people wait so patiently to get in to Kotobuki. Simpy put, you will not find a better Japanese restaurant on Long Island. Even if sushi is not your thing, there are plenty of hot dishes that will surprise and delight you. Everything is always fresh and delicious, the chirashi by far the best I've ever tasted. Sadly they do not take reservations, but I have never had a wait beyond 30 minutes and it is always worth it.
