The only contact we had with our waiter was choosing off the course menu. He did not introduce himself, was not friendly. Service was simply non-existent. It was like 2am diner service. Dd not pay any attention to our table and drinks went unfilled. I was most amazed when he failed to check back when ANY of the courses were served. I thought this was standard in the restaurant industry. My fiancee' commented that she wished we had just stayed at home and ordered a pizza. Below average food and heard staff talking about guest complaints. Spent $160 on the food we didn't eat and the service we didn't receive. Absolutely mortifying. If this was a product I purchased at a store, I would have returned the defective product and received a refund. No response from management!
