The sushi is always fresh and delicious. I always order the filet mignon and it's always just right. I usually go to Ichibon about 3-4 times a month so everyone there knows me. Recently, they hired a new manager (a tall gentlemen) and he seems to have upped the level of service and speed at the restaurant as well. Great place, great food. . .I'm a customer for life.
