I have travelled all over Italy eating at little out of the way ""local"" resturants. In relation to that Michelangelo's is the best in Utah. I saw the chef the other day in Caputo's Market & Deli buy stuff wholesale (he wasn't buying the cheap stuff either).
Most chefs just buy whatever crap a corporate supplier sends. Scott, the chef, was hand picking his ingredients from Caputo's a top notch local Italian food market.
Please do something about your staff Scott, it really sucks.
