I was required to pay $140 cash upfront before speaking with the stylist. She was doing a sew-in weave. She braided my hair wet causing it to tear. The style was not like anything I had shown her. She told me no cash refunds which I was never told before I made the appointment. My hair was a disaster. My birthaday weekend was ruined. I spent the rest of the night getting the hair removed. And the comment was ""why would she do this to your hair"" I didn't expect all of my money back, but she had cut the hair so short, there was no way to salvage the style. The weave was the length of the hair I already had on my head. I left the salon,with my husband, in tears. We have five children and I had saved up to get something special for my birthday.
