Does it really matter if it's not authentic as long as the foods good; your buying a meal not a painting or an antique. The food is more fusion than Chinese and sometimes the service is not great. But the quality of the food is great, highlights on the menu include Mongolian Beef and the Salt & Pepper Prawns. There is also a good bar while you wait to get a seat, which can sometimes be quite a while.
Pros: food, location, bar
Cons: authenticity, queues, service
