As a serious foodie, I always return to Paragary's not only for the classic menu items, but for Chef Scott Rose's artful interpretation of creative dishes consisting of local organic produce, top-quality meats, and line-fresh fish. I eat out regularly at some of Sacramento's ""hot"" spots, and time after time, I return to Paragary's for a new surprise. It is hard to believe that we could have deserved a chef as talented and consistent as Mr. Rose--you would think he would have his own chic, swank place in SF or LA. But. lucky Sacramento, he is ours!
