This Arizmendi uses mostly organic ingredients in all of their products. There is only one type of fabulous vegetable pizza, which changes every day. They just started serving organic fair-trade espresso drinks. I eat here often and never get tired of the pizza, which is also made with their trademark sourdough crust. Like the other Arizmendi's in Oakland and SF, the bakery is a worker-owned cooperative. Another reason to support it.
