They went above and beyond our expectations for our 1st anniversary. The table was specially decorated, menus were personalized for the occasion, and desert was brought out with an additional plate that read, ""Happy 1st Anniversary"" written in chocolate. The entire staff made sure we were well taken care of.
I haven't even mentioned the food. The Lobster dumplings were incredible. I had to remember my manners to stop myself from licking the plate. The grilled scallops with the rizoto was to die for. I was so enthralled by my meal, I don't remember what my husband had. (Actually, I think he had the sesame crusted tuna.) To finalize the meal, we split a creme brulee. It was a creme brulee in it's finest form. (no cornstarch or gelatin used that I could tell).
I have no clue about the land based entrees.
In NOLA, you gotta eat the seafood.
Pros: location , food, service
Cons: none for us!
