If you don't mind sitting elbow to elbow with loud and possibly obnoxious suburbanites and being nose to I-won't-mention-what while they get up to use the restroom, then maybe you won't mind the bland and buttery escargot, a standard bread roll, and uneventful vegetables ala carte to get to a quite good filet mignon. What Boa lacks in originality and reasonable prices (and I'll pay anything for a great meal, but hate paying everything for a poor one) it makes up in exquisite service and a wonderful Port selection. Try lunch and a drink, and don't waste your time on dinner during weekends, nothing pretty to see.
Pros: service, wine selection, steak
Cons: no privacy, bland food, boring clientele
