My boyfriend and I decided to go to the spa for Valentines day this year. On the morning of our spa day we called to see if we could move our appointments up and to our surprise we were told that we no longer had appointments! The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to us and blamed us for the mistake. The next available appointment that worked for our schedule was in March which wouldn't make it much of a Valentines gift. The response to this was that they were opened seven days a week so we should be able to arrange our schedules to make it work. We then asked to speak with a manager to remove charges made to our credit card for the spa services that we did not receive and even this was an issue. Some ""heavenly"" experience that was. more
